So Elizabeth Warren is a Harvard Professor, lead the congressional oversight committee for the bank bailout, and is currently being considered to run the Consumer Finance Protection Agency. She is also a genius, a great communicator, and overall badass with the ability to make scummers like Timothy Geithner squirm. She also predicted the current financial / debt crisis 3-4 years before it happened.

Well for those of you who don’t follow my Facebook/Twitter feeds, my voyage to Geneva was kind of a bad deal. You can check out the Twitter feed to the right if you want some of the details, but the bottom line (I love that phrase) is that I ended up getting there about 12 hours later than I was suppose to and without the luggage that I had checked. WordPress provides an elegant interface that allows me to do pretty much everything I want to do (including changing the entire look and feel via some simple css and More >

Among other activities that day was the Cherry Royale (or something like that) parade. Having only attended small scale parades in the past, I didn’t think all that much about the parade route running by my front lawn. I was surprised when I came home from a late day of Interlochen webcasting on Friday to find strings of chairs tied to street signs. 6:00 am Saturday morning, I was awoken by a porta-potty being installed More >
